Where is your chocolate made?
All our bars are proudly handcrafted in Dubai — from recipe to final packaging.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship across Europe (2–4 business days) and worldwide (5–8 business days).
What if my order arrives damaged or melted?
No worries — if your bar arrives damaged or melted, we’ll send you a new one right away. You can simply return the original bar, and we’ll cover the replacement. We always make sure our customers get the full Yalla experience, the way it’s meant to be. 🍫💛
How should I store the chocolate?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Best enjoyed between 18–20°C (and preferably, right away 😏).
