Return Policy
Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we only accept returns for:

Products that arrived damaged, or

Incorrect items received.
Reporting a Problem
Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery via info@yalladubaichocolate.com with photos of the product and packaging.
Return Procedure
Once your claim is approved:

We will send a new bar as a replacement.

The original product may be returned at your expense.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns for opened, partially consumed, or melted products due to storage conditions outside our control.
