These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through Yalla Dubai Chocolate (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All our chocolate bars are handcrafted with care. Product images are for illustrative purposes only — slight variations in appearance may occur due to our handmade process.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
Payments are processed securely through Mollie Payments, allowing customers to pay via credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, iDEAL, and other available methods.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide from the Netherlands.

  • Europe: 2–4 business days

  • Worldwide: 5–8 business days
    Shipping costs vary per country. Orders above €100 qualify for free shipping.
    We work with trusted national shipping partners.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we only accept returns in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.
Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order via info@yalladubaichocolate.com.
In cases of damaged or melted products, we will send a replacement bar. The original item may be returned at the customer’s expense.

6. Liability

Yalla Dubai Chocolate is not responsible for delays or issues caused by customs, shipping carriers, or extreme temperatures once the package has left our facility.

7. Privacy

All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the Netherlands.
